All-purpose, waterproof neoprene cement prepared especially for attaching soles to shoes and many other applications. Creates a strong bond that maintains flexibility. Great for leather, wood, rubber, laminated plastics and more.

Open time: 15-30 minutes
Application: Clean the parts to be bonded. Apply one or two coats of adhesive (according to the absorbing power of the material. Let dry, then join the parts together and press.
