Insert the right (R) and left (L) side guards into each shoe. Place at the front neat the toe box, ensuring each guard is sitting flush against the shoe's upper. If the shoe feels tight, remove the insole for a more comfortable fit. Customize the guard's fit by trimming along the lines printed on the underside of the guard.
